How much does a curated cart experience cost?
Every quote is tailored to your chosen experience, guest count, venue, styling, and service time. Share those details in your inquiry and we will put together a proposal with clear pricing and inclusions.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in San Diego and serve the greater San Diego area and surrounding communities. Share your venue location in your inquiry and we will confirm availability and any travel details.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates book quickly, especially spring through fall weekends. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your date, and we will always try to accommodate shorter timelines when we can.
How do I reserve my date?
Start with the inquiry form. Once we confirm availability and align on the details, a signed agreement and a deposit secure your date on our calendar.
Can you customize the styling to my theme and colors?
Yes. Every cart is styled around your palette, theme, and venue — from signage and florals to the topping stations and finishing details — so it feels like part of your celebration.
Do you set up indoors and outdoors?
Both. We just need level ground, access to the setup area, and, depending on the service, shade and power. Let us know your venue and we will help plan the placement.
Can I combine multiple carts or services?
Absolutely. Many events pair a dessert or snack cart with the Flower Bloom Cart or a Casa Octavio cocktail moment. We will help you shape the right mix for your guest count and timeline.
